New apartment project APIŅI will consist of three stages. In the first phase, construction will begin in the spring of this year and will be commissioned this winter. Two more rounds are planned for the project APIŅI. The entire design, appearance and layout of the apartment project APIŅI has been assembled and created by Architect Martin Edler von Schiffer. First buyers will have the advantage of choosing a parking space and storage space.
Project Apiņi is located directly behind the shopping center A7 and the building materials store “Kurši”. We are not afraid of the words “located in a perfect place”, because Apiņi are really in a great place – isolated from the bustle and noise of the city next to a green pine forest, but at the same time near the Riga city sign. There is a green and landscaped area in the project area, where you can take short walks and enjoy the green environment around.
The Apiņu project houses will have masonry partition wall, masonry exterior wall, tiles in bathrooms, gas heating, heated floors, centralized water supply, centralized sewerage and electricity will be taken from Latvenergo.
Each house has four floors. The first three floors consist of four apartments and the last fourth floor has two exclusive premium class penthouses. The apartments and rooms are designed to the highest modern standards to keep the apartments modern, functional and comfortable. Each house has two-room, three-room and even four-room apartments.
When choosing where to live, one of the most important things people consider is what supermarkets and malls are around and how far from the apartment project they are. To put it bluntly, when you step outside of your apartment door there is the A7, where there is the large “Rimi” grocery store and various other grocery and household goods stores. You don’t have to look far for entertainment either, because on the other side of the Dienvidu tilts is the newest shopping center in Latvia “Akropole”. A few minutes’ drive from the Mūkusalas circle is the fashion and entertainment center “Rīga Plaza”. In the project itself, there is an isolated area between the houses, where children will have play time and a recreation area with chairs and tables for grown-ups.
There will be something to do for people who are more keen to outdoor recreation. Around the Apiņu new apartment project there are such sightseeing and active recreation destinations as Smerdūklis bog, for water lovers there is a Daugava nearby, where you can swim on hot summer days and even go out with SUPs, which can be rented. We are all for improving Latvia’s demography and strengthening the country’s future, so we will be happy and proud if our Apiņi apartments are inhabited by large and strong families. Living in our project, your children have a wide range of educational opportunities – 10 minutes’ drive from the smallest offspring of the Apiņu project is the kindergarten “Zvaigznīte”, pre-school educational institution “Kastanītis”, Riga 275th pre-school educational institution, pre-school educational institution “Avotiņš”, private pre-school educational institution “Kāpēcīšu Skoliņa”, and for the older children in Baloži is Baloži Secondary School and a little longer drive away is Ķekava Secondary School.
If you don’t have a car yet, it’s not a big deal, because there are three public transport stops. The nearest bus stop is 26 (Krustkalns – Abrenes iela), which is about 5 minutes away from the Apiņu modern apartment project. A little further – a 10-minute walk away there is a 23 bus stop (Baloži – Abrenes Street) and 12 (Cooperative “Ziedonis” – Abrenes Street). The center can be reached in 20-30 minutes by any of these buses.
